Malvern Town were the big winners in the Hellenic League this weekend as most matches were postponed due to frozen pitches and fog.

They were 2-1 victors over second placed Cribbs and are now five points clear. Cribbs are undoubtedly still in the title race though as they have three games in hand over the Hillsiders.

Elsewhere games did go ahead on 3G pitches with Hereford Lads Club, Hereford Pegasus and Westfields all winning to make it a Hereford treble on Saturday.
