On Wednesday evening Highworth Town Reserves secured the uhlsport Hellenic League Division Two South title with a resounding 5-0 victory over Letcombe.
Their 5-0 victory over Letcombe, combined with Swindon Supermarine Dev’s loss to Shrivenham meant that Highworth Town Reserves were crowned champions of Division Two South.
The club have finished the season with victories; 5-1 (vs Faringdon), 8-2 (vs Carterton) and 5-0 (vs Letcombe). An impressive way to conclude the season.
Highworth Town Reserves’ attention now switches to cup football as they still have a Presidents Cup semi-final at Tuffley Rovers Development to come on Saturday.
