Some details from the Football Foundation Team regarding funding and resources for grass pitches.
You may remember that a few months ago we launched our Ground Audit survey and asked clubs at Step 1-6 of the National League System (NLS) and Tier 1 and 2 of the Women’s Football Pyramid (WFP) how the Football Stadia Improvement Fund (FSIF) can support the development of their stadiums/grounds in the future.
Thank you to those Clubs who responded to the survey. We are now in the process of using this information to ensure we’re providing the funding opportunities that match the needs of the non-league game.
Whilst we do this, we’ve designed a handy guide outlining the grass pitch funding and resources we have available. From machinery to drainage, you’ll find a range of opportunities to help with the professional preparation and maintenance of your grass pitches. Please see the attached document.
