Statement from Faringdon Town of the uhlsport Hellenic League Division Two South.
First Team Manager Chris Benson has had to step down for personal reasons. The club would like to thank Chris for all his hard work and commitment over the last three seasons. Chris will remain as club secretary and an important part of the club.
The club have a thriving youth set up with eight teams from under 9’s through to under 15’s running along side four senior side’s playing in the Uhlsport Hellenic and Witney & District leagues. Off the field a new changing room block will be completed shortly, and a major refurbishment of our busy clubhouse will be starting in the New Year.
We are looking for a new management team to take on the First Team who play in Uhlsport Hellenic Division Two South. Experience at this level would be of benefit, but is not essential. We currently have a young squad and are looking to develop them and add a bit of experience.
