A few of our Premier division clubs were involved in FA Cup action on Saturday. Royal Wootton Bassett were stand out winners with a 3-1 victory at home over former Hellenic League club Reading City. They’ll be in Monday’s draw for the next round.
Malvern Town, Worcester Raiders, Roman Glass St George and Chipping Sodbury Town will all have to do it all again in a replay this week but all are in the hat for the next round.
Elsewhere there was a full slate of Division One fixtures. Milton United continued their impressive start to the season with a 5-1 victory. They have a 100% league record winning all five games.
We also saw the first games in our regionalised Division Twos. Game of the day surely took place at Headington where Headington Amateurs defeated Kidlington Dev by six goals to four!
