Highworth Town and Worcester City keep the Hellenic League flag flying in FA Cup

Two great away victories for uhlsport Hellenic League sides as both Highworth Town and Worcester City were victorious. They are both in the hat for the next round where even sterner tests await. Good luck to both clubs in the next round.

Our Bateman Sports Chairmans Challenge Cup began this afternoon with wins for Bourton Rovers Res, Chinnor and Thame United A.

In the Premier division there were big wins for for Roman Glass St George, Thornbury Town and Westfields. Corsham Town’s 1-1 draw with Fairford Town was enough to see them end the weekend on top spot of the Premier Division.

Malmesbury Victoria continued their excellent start to the season (unbeaten in eight games) with a 2-1 victory at Kidlington Reserves. They are deservedly top at this early point of the season.

In Division Two there was a resounding 5-0 with for Mortimer with Prestwood and Shipston Excelsior also picking up three points apiece.
