You might not think there are many links between the FIFA World Cup and the uhlsport Hellenic League. However, Abingdon United of the Hellenic League Division One have just made an interesting signing.
They’ve signed Baryam Regragui, the son of Moroccan coach Walid Regragui who guided his country to a remarkable semi-final in December’s Qatar World Cup.
Abingdon United have made a few other important signings this week. Regraui was on the bench for Abingdon United in their 5-2 loss to Malmesbury Victoria this weekend.
