Focus was very much on the Premier and Division One of the uhlsport Hellenic League as the Division Twos took a Christmas break. In the biggest game of the day Malvern Town scored a late winner at Worcester to give them a 3-2 victory over Raiders.
Elsewhere in the Premier Division there wa san excellent 6-0 victory for Westfields in the Hereford derby at Lads Club, while Longlevens took the bragging rights over Tuffley Rovers in “El Glosico”.
In Division One, Southam United will be happy to have secured a 6-2 victory over Cirencester Town Dev after their punishing loss to Pershore Town. Pershore themselves continued their great season with a victory over Cheltenham Sarances.
Attention now turns to games taking place on the 2nd January.
On Wednesday evening there are fixtures at Lydney Town and Evesham United Dev.
