Welcoming our new Disciplinary Officer Norman Harvey to the Hellenic League.
Norman comes to us with a wealth of knowledge, having been involved with football in various capacities for over 50 years.
Having started out as a Welsh u/16 schoolboy international, he then went on to sign apprentice forms for Stoke City. A broken leg put paid to that and he played non-league football, where he helped his team win the Welsh equivalent of the F.A.Vase.
After stopping playing, he took up refereeing, but injury stopped this. He then became a Referee Secretary, followed by Secretary of the Midland Football Combination. When the Midland Football league was founded, he was Fixture Secretary until leaving this post last year.
He currently also is the Secretary of the Kidderminster Football League.
