Pershore Town of uhlsport Hellenic League Division One caused a huge uspet in the Worcestershire Senior Cup this week when they defeated Step 3 Bromsgrove Sporting in the Worcestershire Senior Cup.
With ten minutes to go Pershore were 3-0 down and looked certain to exit the competition. However, a spirited comeback with a brace from James Baldwin and a goal from Matt Nutt took the game to penalties.
The Hellenic side scored all five of theirs, defeating Sporting by five goals to four.
Pershore Town will now travel to Redditch United in the semi-finals. The other semi-final is between Kidderminster Harriers and Worcester City.
