THE PRE-SEASON action gets underway for Malvern Town on Thursday evening as we play host to Stourport Swifts (kick-off 7.45pm).
“We can’t wait to get back out there and play some football,” said manager, Lee Hooper. “The lads have looked sharp in our first few training sessions and they have shown a willingness to put the hard work in.
“There is a good balance in our pre-season schedule in terms of home and away games on 3G and grass surfaces and against opponents from similar levels who will each play with a different style.
“These games will build up our match sharpness ready for when the action gets underway for real.”
You will be pleased to hear that supporters are welcome back at the HDANYWHERE Community Stadium for Thursday’s game. Admission will be £7 (adults), £4 (concessions) and £1 (under-16s).
The Clubhouse will be open, seated only and with table service as we follow current Covid rules.
